Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days across Australia, depending on your location.
Shipping rates vary based on location and order size. Please refer to our shipping policy for detailed information.
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia, but international shipping is something we are actively working towards.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
We want you and your family to love every Zojee product. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! You can request a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged during delivery, or doesn’t match its description.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
