Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

We work with third-party carriers to deliver your order, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
For Australian orders, typical delivery timeframes are:

  • Standard shipping: approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping (if offered): approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional or remote areas.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing and may take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by third-party carriers, and we are not responsible for delays in tracking updates.


DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs clearance
  • weather events
  • public holidays
  • or other circumstances outside our control


INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Zojee Labs is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Zojee Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
