It started with our family.

We are Jon and Alicia, parents to a beautiful daughter, based in Melbourne, Australia. Together, we spent years working across food, retail and skincare industries, building careers grounded in quality, purpose and thoughtful detail. Along the way, we built a life and family together.

Parenthood, however, changed everything.

Finding something that felt right.

Our daughter has sensitive, reactive skin, often dry and easily irritated. Simple routines like bath time or washing her hair could quickly become stressful. Alongside this, we were learning how much gentleness and care mattered in navigating everyday life with neurodiversity in our family.

We tried countless products, including prescribed creams, but nothing felt truly right for our family.

So we created what we wished had existed.

We wanted skincare that felt gentle and reassuring, without compromising on the science behind it. Something considered enough for sensitive skin, yet simple enough to become part of everyday family life.

And so, Zojee was born.
