It's Not Just a Little Itch: Zoe's Sensitive Skin Story

Being a mum has taught me that sometimes the smallest things can feel like the biggest things to our little ones.

Zoe is neurodivergent and has always had sensitive skin that is prone to eczema. When she gets a red patch, dry skin or an itch, it can really bother her.

She'll start scratching, sometimes making the irritation worse, and before long she'll come to me pointing at the spot and saying "Boo boo!"

And of course, she wants a plaster!

It doesn't matter if it's a tiny red patch or just a little dry skin. To Zoe, something doesn't feel right, and a plaster is going to make it better.

As her mum, I've learnt that what might seem like a small irritation to me can feel completely overwhelming to her. With her sensory sensitivities, it's not always as simple as telling her to stop scratching or ignore the itch.

Just because something looks small doesn't mean it feels small.

Finding Comfort in Our Little Routine

One thing that's been giving Zoe a lot of comfort is our I-Got-You Cream.

We regularly reapply it throughout the day to help keep her sensitive skin moisturised, especially when we notice it getting dry or itchy.

It's become part of our everyday routine. When Zoe comes to me with a "boo boo," we'll check her skin and gently apply some I-Got-You Cream together.

Sometimes she still insists on a plaster afterwards!

But I love that we've found a little routine that brings her comfort. It's not about magically fixing every skin concern. It's about keeping her skin moisturised, being mindful of what she needs and helping her feel cared for.

More Than Just Skincare

Being Zoe's mum has taught me to slow down, listen and understand that she experiences the world differently.

Sometimes comfort is a cuddle. Sometimes it's a plaster. And sometimes it's simply Mum taking a moment to gently apply her cream.

That's why our I-Got-You Cream means something so personal to me.

It's more than just a cream. It's a little reminder of what I want Zoe to feel whenever she comes to me with a boo boo.

I see you. I hear you. And I've got you.

And that's my hope for Zojee too.

Just as our products have brought comfort to Zoe and become part of our everyday routine, I hope they can bring a little comfort to other families as well.

Because as parents, we all want the same thing. To see our little ones happy, comfortable and feeling good in their own skin.

From our family to yours, I hope Zojee brings a little extra comfort, care and love to your everyday moments.

With love,

Zoe's Mum
