In just a few short weeks, Zojee will officially launch, and we're so excited to finally share what we've been working on.

A year ago, Zojee was just an idea.

We set out to create microbiome skincare for sensitive family skin, products that combine thoughtful science with gentle care, and that families could feel completely confident using every day.

As parents, we wanted to create skincare that supports the skin barrier, respects the skin's natural balance and makes everyday care feel simple.

Today, that idea has grown into something we're incredibly proud of.

A Year Behind the Scenes

When people see a finished product, they rarely see everything that happens behind the scenes.

For us, it's been a year of learning, refining, testing and taking one step at a time to bring Zojee to life. Along the way, there have been countless cups of coffee for Jonathan, plenty of tea for Alicia, and more late nights than we'd like to admit. Every step has been worth it because we knew we were creating something we would genuinely want to use for our own family.

From product development and ingredient selection to packaging, branding and building our online presence, every detail has been carefully considered.

As first-time founders, we've worn just about every hat imaginable. We've learnt about skincare ingredients, formulation, packaging design, website creation, photography, social media, content creation and email marketing. There have been moments where we've celebrated small wins, questioned ourselves and learnt through trial and error, but every challenge has helped shape Zojee into the brand it is today.

Whenever we faced an important decision, we came back to one simple question:

"Would we feel completely confident using this on our own family?"

If the answer wasn't an immediate yes, we kept refining until it was.

That question shaped every formula, every ingredient and every decision we made because creating skincare we genuinely trust has always mattered more than rushing to launch.

Why We Created Gentle Skincare for Sensitive Family Skin

As parents, we know how overwhelming it can feel to find skincare for sensitive skin.

We wanted to create something different, skincare that balances gentle science with thoughtful care.

Zojee was created around a simple belief: sensitive skin deserves products that are gentle, effective and designed to work in harmony with the skin.

Our goal was never to create an overwhelming skincare routine. Instead, we wanted to create thoughtfully formulated everyday essentials that support the skin barrier, respect the skin’s microbiome and fit seamlessly into family life.

We chose to begin with two carefully considered skincare essentials that families can confidently reach for every day.

Our first collection brings our vision of microbiome skincare for sensitive family skin to life, with two everyday essentials thoughtfully designed to support the skin barrier and care for your family's skin from head to toe.

Head-to-Toe Wash

Our gentle, microbiome-friendly Head-to-Toe Wash cleanses without stripping the skin, helping to maintain the skin's natural moisture barrier while leaving skin feeling fresh and comfortable.

I-Got-You Cream

Our nourishing I-Got-You Cream is formulated to help support the skin barrier, leaving skin feeling soft, hydrated and cared for every day.

If you'd like to experience both products first, our Discovery Kit includes travel-sized versions of each, making it the perfect introduction to Zojee.
